Refund & Exchange Policy

We are a small business, and while we strive for accuracy, mistakes can sometimes happen. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us—we are committed to making things right.

If you need to request an exchange, replacement, or refund, please contact help@unjustjewelry.com with your order number before proceeding. We will provide instructions based on your situation.

Editing, Changing, or Canceling an Order

Orders can be edited, changed, or canceled before the item has shipped.
If you need to make any modifications, please email help@unjustjewelry.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Exchanges & Replacements

All exchanges and replacements are handled solely at our discretion after reviewing the customer’s issue.

Requests must be made within 7 days of the item’s arrival. Customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, or details to support their request.
    •    Exchanges for size, condition issues, or incorrect items will only be approved if we determine the request is appropriate.
    •    The customer may be responsible for return shipping depending on the situation.
    •    If we approve a replacement for a defective item, it will be provided at no cost.
    •    If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
    •    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are issued only if we see fit, based on our review of the customer’s issue.
All refund decisions are made at our discretion and may require photos, videos, or additional information.

The request must be submitted within 7 days of the item’s arrival.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
    •    Refunds cover only the item’s cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.
    •    If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
    •    Partial refunds may be approved depending on the situation.
    •    Refunds typically take 3–6 business days to appear once processed through Shopify.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing items, please email help@unjustjewelry.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) within 7 days of arrival.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return to Sender Packages

If your order is returned to sender, please email help@unjustjewelry.com so we can determine the cause and next steps.
    •    If the return was due to customer error, the customer must pay additional shipping to have the package resent.
    •    If the return was due to an error on our end or by Shopify, we will cover the reshipping cost.

To resolve a Return to Sender issue, contact help@unjustjewelry.com with your order number.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please first allow one business day—packages often arrive shortly after.

If it still has not arrived, you must file a claim directly with the carrier:
    •    USPS (U.S.): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
    •    DHL (International): https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/customer-service.html

Unjust Jewelry is not responsible for stolen packages or carrier delivery errors.

Lost or Missing Packages

Orders With Route Shipping Protection

Route claims must be filed directly through Route: https://claims.route.com/

Orders Without Route Shipping Protection

If your order did not include Route protection and becomes lost, email help@unjustjewelry.com with your order number.

We will file a claim through Shopify, and a replacement will be sent once the package is officially deemed lost.
